CanDig Guarantee

Your CanDig Mini Excavator is guaranteed
to be free of manufacturing defects for one full year.
Cylinders, valve and pump are also guaranteed for one year.
The Honda engine is guaranteed for two years.

Delivery

Once your order has been placed and paid for,
your CanDig Mini Excavator will be shipped promptly.
You will be given a "tracking number" so that you can
follow the movements of your shipment from our factory
to your business doorstep. We will take care
of the details of shipping, brokerage and basic travel insurance
so that you can relax knowing that your shipment
will arrive safely and on time.

Parts

CanDig Mini Excavators have been designed
with the needs of the end-user in mind.
Only the finest quality parts and manufacturing techniques
are used in constructing CanDig products.
From the Honda engine, Casapa pump, and Lion cylinders,
to the ticketed gas welding and powder-coated finish,
CanDig boasts of quality.
Parts have been selected using two criteria.
First, they need to be of the finest quality that cost will allow.
Second, they need to be readily available
to end-users, wherever they may live.
Although we can, and will supply any parts
to Dealers/Customers, it is important that Customers know
that they can rely on the quality and availability of parts,
no matter where they live.

CanDig has been presented both the "CE Declaration of Conformity" showing that their products meet safety and quality standards set out for the European Community;
